Job Summary
Drive influencer talent coordination for a Los Angeles–based boutique agency, owning outreach, relationship management, and campaign administration.
- Identify and vet potential influencers aligned with Jade Group and manage outreach.
- Must be located in Los Angeles, with influencer marketing or talent management experience.
- Part-time role in LA with occasional onsite events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Influencer Identification and Research: Conduct research to identify potential influencers who align with our agency - Analyze content, engagement, and audience demographics to assess their suitability for partnerships
- Outreach and Relationship Management: Reach out to brands via email, social media, or other communication channels to initiate partnerships - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brand contacts, ensuring a positive experience throughout the collaboration
- Inbox Management: Assist with filtering and responding to e-mails in client inboxes
- Organization and Documentation: Maintain organized records of agreements, communication, and campaign details - Keep Google Drive and client databases up to date
