Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and vetting creators for brand partnerships
  • Creating and strategizing alongside creative brief decks
  • Conducting high-volume outreach to influencers, brands, and media contacts
  • Identifying and securing Washington, DC-based events and media opportunities
  • Tracking outreach, responses, rates, and deal progress in organized systems
  • Assisting in rate negotiation and partnership coordination
  • Supporting creator and brand strategy development
  • Contributing to ongoing market and trend research

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate college degree in the United States
  • Able to receive academic credit through college/university
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Clear, professional written communication (especially for outreach)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
  • Detail-oriented with strong tracking and documentation habits
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest)

Preferred

  • Experience with influencer outreach, PR, or partnerships (preferred)
  • Background in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
  • Interest in influencer marketing, PR, events, UGC, and brand partnerships (preferred)
