Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day influencer marketing programs across a diverse client portfolio.
Source, recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, LTK, and emerging platforms.
Negotiate rates, usage rights, gifting terms, and hybrid (flat fee + commission) deals with creators and their representatives.
Monitor campaign health, content compliance (FTC disclosure, brand guidelines), and performance; implement optimizations to drive growth.
Manage seeding and gifting campaigns, briefing creators on messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
Own TikTok Shop setup, product catalog management, and storefront optimization for client accounts.
Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators; run Shop-specific campaigns, commission structures, and Shop promotions.
Coordinate livestream (LIVE Shopping) and short-video commerce initiatives with creators.
Track GMV, order volume, and creator-driven sales performance within TikTok Shop's Seller/Affiliate Center.
Stay current on TikTok Shop policy, algorithm, and feature updates, advising clients proactively.

Requirements

3–4 years of influencer marketing or creator partnership experience (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
Preferred hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop — Seller Center, Affiliate/Creator marketplace, and Shop campaigns.
Proven ability to manage multiple influencer programs simultaneously.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms and tools (TikTok Creator Marketplace, ShopMy, LTK, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or similar).
Experience recruiting and negotiating with creators across a range of follower tiers and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-service mindset.
Highly organized self-starter who can prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client and creator relationships.
