Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the influencer and UGC strategy and program
Build a curated network of creators and creative technologists
Own creator partnerships from sourcing through measurement
Develop long-term creator relationships
Activate creators around model and product launches
Maintain a high creative bar for creator work
Build systems for sourcing, contracting, tracking, and measuring partnerships
Identify and amplify effective creator content

Requirements

Experience building and running influencer, creator, or UGC programs end to end
Familiarity with creator culture across X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Understanding of generative media and the AI creator ecosystem
Experience sourcing, briefing, negotiating with, and managing creators
Experience managing creator budgets, contracts, usage rights, whitelisting, and paid partnerships
Experience managing multiple partnerships
Experience with affiliate programs, whitelisting, or partnership ads
Existing network across generative AI, AI filmmaking, design, or creative technology
Experience as a creator or in talent management
