Responsibilities

• URGENT HIRE - Starting in next 2 weeks
• The Influencer Campaign Manager will work as an account manager for end-to-end campaigns with their assigned accounts; strategizing and executing campaigns. From talent casting, creative campaign development, campaign management, and reporting.
• Maintain high-quality client services
• Be able to take initiative on client needs and always thinking ahead for them
• Understanding full client needs and communicating that to the campaign team
• Develop briefs and guidelines for influencer campaigns
• Use sourcing tools and your own methods for curating influencers
• Negotiate influencer deals and ability to have emphasize influencers when deal-making
• Pass information to the legal team for them to develop agreements
• Manage campaign communications and updates to the brand

Requirements

• 4+ Years of influencer marketing + account management
• 2+ Years of influencer marketing (specifically at an agency)
• Passion for advertising/marketing and how influencer marketing impacts the industry
• Key eye for detail and ability to understand core client needs
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously
