Job Summary
Help scout and vet influencer partnerships while building a creator-facing contact network that feeds pitches and collaborations.
- Own research: identify brands and companies aligned with agency talent to fuel outreach.
- Opportunity spotting: surface paid partnerships and monitor creator platforms for activation.
- Contact management: build and maintain a brand contact database for fast outreach and collaboration tracking.

Responsibilities
- Research brands and companies that align with agency talent
- Identify potential paid partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain brand contact databases
- Monitor influencer campaign opportunities and creator platforms
- Assist in identifying partnership opportunities for talent clients
- Research upcoming campaigns, launches, and seasonal opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor partnerships
Requirements
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, public relations, or talent management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator marketing
- Current college student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketing professional encouraged to apply
Preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or similar tools is a plus.
