Responsibilities

  • The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is the strategic mind behind impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll take a brand and own the strategy, developing creative and data driven approaches to maximize its presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts.
  • Your role is to guide brands in making the most of influencer partnerships by identifying opportunities, shaping campaign direction, and ensuring everything aligns with their larger marketing goals.
  • This is a client facing role where you’ll act as a trusted partner by leading conversations, making recommendations, and proactively refining strategies to drive success.
  • You’ll use data to inform decisions, keep a pulse on industry trends, and continuously optimize influencer marketing efforts.
  • With a strong understanding of both the brand and the influencer space, you’ll ensure each campaign delivers measurable impact and long term growth

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media partnerships, or a similar role with a track record of shaping or supporting strategy
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, influencers, and internal teams clearly and confidently
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing best practices and platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and podcasts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from data, build recommendations, and evaluate campaign performance
  • Ability to interpret trends, understand audience behavior, and use data to make clear strategy decisions
  • Creative and critical thinking skills with a knack for spotting new opportunities for brand growth
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Trello
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Full time availability while based in the United States
