Responsibilities

• Influencer & Creator Management
• Research and identify influencers and creators that align with each brand and campaign
• Reach out to influencers and manage initial communications
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and creators
• Discuss collaboration opportunities, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
• Develop and finalize content concepts with influencers
• Prepare campaign briefs, creative guidelines, and project information
• Coordinate contracts, agreements, and other campaign documentation
• Track influencer deliverables, deadlines, and posting schedules
• Follow up with creators throughout the campaign to ensure projects stay on track

Requirements

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital media, and creator culture
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple influencers and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Comfortable communicating professionally through email, messaging platforms, and calls
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
• Professional, reliable, and proactive
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, content creation, public relations, brand marketing, talent management, or a related field is preferred

Preferred

• An interest in Korean food, beauty, entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle culture is also a plus, as many of the brands and creators we work with are connected to Korean culture.
