Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Management: Assist in executing end-to-end influencer strategies, managing content deliverables, briefing creators, and ensuring brand alignment across all assets.
• - Creator Discovery & Relationship Building: Identify, outreach, negotiate, and onboard influencers to campaigns, fostering strong creator and talent agency relationships.
• - Trendspotting & Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on emerging pop-culture trends, FTC guidelines, platform updates, and competitor activity—translating cultural moments into client opportunities.
• - Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and help generate insights to evaluate ROI and inform future strategy.
• - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with core account teams to brainstorm bold creative concepts and ensure seamless campaign delivery

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Platform Expertise: Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Culture & Trend Obsessed: A deep passion for pop culture, news, and creator trends.
• Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and top-tier project management abilities.
• Mindset: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
