Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with our brand
  • Manage gifting/seeding, briefing, and content coordination with creators
  • Stand up and manage our affiliate tracking platform
  • Design commission tiers and manage affiliate onboarding and payouts
  • Track and report on campaign and program performance

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/partner management, or creator relations (ecommerce or agency background)
  • Strong written communicator, comfortable pulling reports and tying activity to revenue
  • Based in or able to relocate to the Miami area; this is an in-office role

Preferred

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, Refersion, Impact, or similar) a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
