Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital advertising operations, including intake, setup, QA, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with sales, billing, and analytics to deliver campaigns on schedule.

Manage campaign intake, setup, and ongoing optimization
Produce mid and post-campaign insights and liaise with digital providers, sales, and finance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Intake, setup, QA, and management of digital advertising campaigns (programmatic display, email, video, audio, etc)
Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance(s) and make recommendations for optimization. Must have knowledge of Analytics.
Digital Ad Trafficking for advertising campaigns, submitting camera-ready art, and ensuring creatives run according to schedule
Work closely with accounting on billing reconciliation for digital campaigns
Act as the liaison between sales representatives and digital providers to answer questions, create digital strategies, and build/manage campaigns. Must have excellent communication skills.
Produce mid-campaign and post-campaign reports & recaps to showcase campaign delivery and performance while providing insights
Support internal teams with day-to-day operations, with focus on providing speedy turnaround times and professional client service

Requirements

Experience with project management, account management, or relationship management
Proficient with Google Suite: Slides, Sheets, Docs
3 – 5 year trafficking/media analytics for digital advertising preferred
