Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns
Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights
Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization techniques
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content
