Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Assess and evaluate social media calendars across business units to identify optimal content for master brand channels
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a master social content calendar
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling and content posting
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality content
• Partner with internal teams to amplify campaigns, events, and key initiatives
• Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content innovative and relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization techniques
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content
