Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote our communities and engage with potential clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, case management or customer service within a healthcare or senior living environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with families and staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
