Responsibilities

Organic strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Threads. TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram are our three priority channels. You plan, schedule, publish, and engage daily.
The content calendar, built and maintained in Notion. Everything ships on time because you run the room.
Follower and community growth. Commenting strategy, follow strategy, engagement loops, trend-jacking. Proactive growth, not post-and-ghost. You will be measured on audience growth and engagement, and we set those KPIs together in your first two weeks.
Influencer and UGC program management end to end: selection, vetting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracts, deliverables tracking, and ROI. You will manage our active creators and grow the roster. Our growth specialist sources candidates into your pipeline. You run it.
Community management. Represent the brand authentically in comments, DMs, and niche communities. Monitor mentions and sentiment.
Scheduling, publishing, and reporting through Metricool plus native platform dashboards. Weekly performance report: what is working, what is not, what changes next week.
Content ideation. Define and evolve the content pillars, pitch hooks and concepts, and brief our creative team so what gets made is what the audience actually wants. You will also make cards on our own platform and turn them into content.
Tight coordination with our paid advertising specialist so organic and paid amplify each other, plus a seat in our weekly marketing meeting.

Requirements

4 to 8 years hands-on social media execution, in roles where social media was the job and not a task attached to something else
At least one brand account you personally grew, with real before and after numbers. Not strategy decks. You have pressed publish thousands of times.
Organization as a superpower. Calendars, trackers, briefs, follow-ups. Nothing slips through.
Proven creator and influencer management with measurable results, not just a contact list
Strong copywriting. Captions, hooks, video scripts, community replies. Fast, punchy, on brand.
The ability to script and cut a short-form video yourself when speed matters
Real fluency with AI image and video generation tools, and published work you made with them
Fluency with social management and analytics platforms. We run Metricool and Insight IQ, and Notion for planning.
Pinterest fluency. You understand it as a discovery engine, not just another social channel.
A self-starter motor. You ship fast, iterate on data, and do not wait for perfection.

Preferred

Startup or early-stage experience where you built social from scratch
Direct to consumer, ecommerce, gifting, stationery, or occasion-driven commerce background
Experience marketing to millennial moms or the gifting audience
Experience running community engagement pods, Facebook groups, or Reddit communities
