Responsibilities
- You'll manage a seven-figure annual advertising budget, optimize campaigns, test creative, scale winners, and take ownership of acquisition performance.
- We're building our own elite performance marketing team.
Requirements
- Has personally managed $100K–$300K+ in monthly Meta ad spend.
- Has proven experience scaling lead-generation campaigns.
- Understands Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution.
- Can demonstrate real campaign results and profitable scaling.
- Knows how to turn advertising data into revenue.
- Has experience producing paid social advertising creative.
- Understands direct-response advertising and consumer psychology.
