Job Summary

Lead social at scale across multiple client teams by standardizing training, onboarding, and hiring while building repeatable processes, playbooks, and cross-functional integration to grow paid social services and hit client KPIs.

Practice Development: Create training, onboarding, and certification programs and roll out adoption across client teams.
Social Leadership & Growth: Manage the social team, consult with client teams on best practices, and expand paid social services and new channels.
Partnership &Ops: Oversee technology and network partners, coordinate cross-functional integration, and support business development with client pitches.

Build and implement training materials and certification programs; gather feedback to improve learning across the client and functional teams.
Create and standardize processes, frameworks, and best practices for social workstreams and ensure adoption by team members.
Consult with individual client teams to apply best practices and brainstorm new approaches to achieve client goals.
Direct hiring and onboarding for social team members on client teams and ensure smooth integration with other functions.
Grow paid social services by identifying opportunities, testing new channels, and aligning social work with client KPIs and merchandise impact.
Support business development by helping prepare pitches and guiding junior team members on client proposals.
Oversee broader agency initiatives including practice development, product and service development, and partner relations.
Act as main point of contact for technology partners and social networks, coordinating resources, training, and vendor communications.
Maintain alignment between social efforts and client goals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and consistent client communications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in paid social marketing and/or interactive advertising, with hands-on account management.
Proactive self-starter with strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.
Deep knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and the interactive marketing landscape.
Experience in online media sales or interactive ad agency environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
Experience with selling value and distinguishing features to drive client outcomes.
