Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the monthly content calendar aligned with upcoming events, partnerships, launches, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to proactively plan content that supports ticket sales, sponsor deliverables, and brand awareness.
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, content series, and social concepts that keep Fitness Ambassadors fresh and engaging.
Identify content opportunities before, during, and after events to maximize every experience.
Stay current on social trends and recommend ideas that fit the Fitness Ambassadors brand.
Plan content needs in advance, including shot lists, interview ideas, testimonials, and promotional assets.
Capture photo and video content at Fitness Ambassadors events, workouts, activations, and partner experiences.
Tell the story of each event by capturing attendee interactions, instructor moments, sponsor integrations, behind-the-scenes content, and community highlights.
Conduct quick interviews with attendees, instructors, sponsors, and partners for social media content.
Edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form video content.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience creating content and managing social media for a brand, business, or creator.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Experience creating engaging Reels and short-form video.
Experience managing social media engagement, including comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and community content.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events require.
Passion for fitness, wellness, events, and community building.

Preferred

Experience with Canva.
Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience using Later, Metricool, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships.
Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or event industry.
