Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/required in Marketing, Communications, Operations, Business, and/or equivalent experience.
• - 3-5 years of experience in social media operations, digital operations, or project management.
• - Wide-ranging functional subject matter experience in operations, with a proven ability to advance functional projects without requiring direct reports.
• - Strong understanding of social media platforms, tooling, and infrastructure (e.g., publishing tools, DAMs, analytics dashboards).
• - Ability to define workflows, build process documentation, and drive operational scalability.
• - Familiarity with social media governance, legal compliance, and vendor management.
• - Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt style to differing audiences and advise stakeholders on complex operational matters
• % Travel Required ( Approximate ): 5%
