Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media: Capture beautiful photo and video content during classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels and social-first video content
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and Facebook
• Write compelling captions that reflect the Powerhouse voice
• Manage Instagram Stories and engage with our online community
• Monitor trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the brand
• Marketing: Support campaigns, promotions, and new studio launches
• Coordinate email marketing and community announcements
• Update our Google Business Profile and online listings
• Assist with in-studio marketing materials and retail promotions

Requirements

• Loves creating beautiful content and telling meaningful stories
• Has a strong eye for photography, video, and design
• Is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or boutique hospitality
• Is confident filming and editing short-form video content
• Is proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Is proactive, dependable, and takes initiative
• Enjoys connecting with people and building community
• Can occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or special projects

Preferred

• Experience in boutique fitness, Pilates, Lagree, yoga, wellness, or hospitality
• Photography or videography experience
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms
