Job Description

Responsibilities

Write high-impact copy for social, digital and video scripts, ensuring every word aligns with the unique brand voice of our clients
Develop and refine AI-driven workflows (prompt engineering) to brainstorm, iterate and produce social content at a pace only modern agencies can
Lead "run-and-gun" content captures, including social-first photography and short-form video (TikTok/Reels) that feels authentic and premium
Collaborate with creative teammates (Creative Directors, Senior Designers, Art Directors, Motion Designers/Animators) to translate brand goals into platform-specific content

Requirements

3+ years of experience in copywriting or creative direction. You have a portfolio that proves you can write "smart with a winkStrong skills in Software Development and technical implementation
You live on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You know what’s trending before the "trending" audio hits the mainstream
Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. Gemini, Claude) and visual AI (e.g. Artlist.io, Adobe Firefly) to expedite the creative processExperience and understanding in Information
Experience with marketing and digital platforms
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or similar preferred

Preferred

Proficiency in mobile or DSLR photography and short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
