Responsibilities

• HubSpot Platform: Build and manage workflows, automation, and lead routing within HubSpot
• Data Integrity: Audit, deduplicate, and cleanup to maintain clean data across HubSpot
• Data Standards: Standardize property usage, naming conventions, and data entry processes
• Data Quality & Reporting: Monitor and improve data quality for accurate reporting and segmentation
• Campaign Enablement: Support campaign execution with Marketing teammates
• Integrations & Settings: Configure custom properties, objects, pipelines, and system settings
• Documentation & Best Practices: Document processes and maintain internal HubSpot best practices
• Campaign Tracking & Attribution: Ensure campaigns are set up for tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Data Readiness: Support reporting readiness with clean, structured data inputs
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and propose scalable, AI-enabled automation strategies

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of HubSpot or CRM/marketing automation experience
• Experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations Hub)
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard setup
• Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation tools
