Job Description

Responsibilities

HubSpot Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of HubSpot tools across multiple business units, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Data Management: Perform regular database maintenance including deduplication, data cleansing, list management, and segmentation.
Workflow & Automation: Build and manage workflows, sequences, forms, and pipelines to support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
Cross-Brand Coordination: Support initiatives for Netlink Voice, 888VoIP, PhoneSuite, FAXedge, and others by tailoring HubSpot usage per brand while maintaining a unified structure.
Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance, lead flow, and CRM hygiene.
User Support & Training: Serve as a resource for HubSpot users across departments, assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing platform education.
Beta Implementation: Participate in testing and rollout of new HubSpot features and beta programs, ensuring compatibility with our processes.
