Job Summary

Drive employer branding and HR support as a student intern, crafting social content, supporting onboarding, and researching talent trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media to further promote the company culture and employee experience.
  • Support the development of employer brand assets such as pictures, videos and event highlights.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens and send candidate communications.
  • Help manage applicant tracking workflows and maintain candidate records.
  • Participate in new‑hire orientation sessions, helping ensure a positive and well‑structured onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to help continuously improve the onboarding process.
  • Conduct research on talent market trends, competitor employer branding, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Help with HR projects, employee engagement activities, and internal communications as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate on cross‑functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in digital tools such as Canva, social platforms, Microsoft Office, and ATS/HRIS systems (training provided).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team environment.
