Responsibilities
- Help maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support HR reporting, tracking, and administrative projects
- Help create internal communications and employee announcements
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and company branding efforts
- Help update website and career page content
- Create graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral as needed
- Conduct market or competitor research for ongoing initiatives
- Support marketing and internal/external communications
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on employer branding initiatives
