Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Associate, you will implement day-to-day integrated comms activities, carrying out most of the campaign execution and administration, usually reporting to an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.
  • You and your teammates will be the engine of the client campaign, driving activities with determination and enthusiasm to deliver results that will make an impact for the client’s business, and make your team shine.
  • Typical activities include:
  • being the eyes and ears of your clients’ industries, ensuring your account teams are up to speed on what’s happening across the wider sector
  • constantly building your media and sector knowledge and developing integrated comms skills
  • developing client call agendas before calls; taking detailed notes to map out action items and owners post call
  • communicating with clients – on the phone, by email and in person
  • delivering analytics reports
  • generating results by pitching client stories (by phone and email) to journalists and influencers
  • writing content for a variety of purposes such as pitches, speaking and award submissions, press releases, blog entries, feature articles and case studies
