Responsibilities

• Setting the Scene : As our Community Relations Star, you'll scout new business territories, forge key alliances, and direct a stellar sales and marketing strategy to illuminate our world-class hospice services in the community. Guided by your constellation of relationships with potential referral sources - physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, you'll navigate us towards new business opportunities and raise awareness of Inspire Hospice's incredible programs.

Requirements

• Your Star Qualities:
• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus.
• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software.
