Responsibilities

• Manage the referral partner program: maintain a tiered target list (hospital and SNF discharge planners, ALF directors, physicians, financial advisors), follow a six-touch outreach cadence, follow up within 3–5 business days of every meeting, and track activity in a CRM
• Create and schedule content for Google Business Profile, Facebook, Nextdoor, and email, following our core pillars: caregiver stories, family education, dementia education, VA benefits, community involvement, and caregiver recruitment
• Support inbound lead tracking and response timing for A Place for Mom and web inquiries (the owner retains oversight of lead management)
• Plan and staff community events, senior center partnerships, and outreach to veterans' service organizations
• Draft caregiver recruitment messaging and job postings
• Report monthly on inquiries, assessments booked, starts of care, and referral source activity

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, senior living, or B2B referral development.
• Personal network in Round Rock through Home Care, Senior Care or Healthcare expereince highly desired
• Strong written communication with a warm, compassionate tone suited to families facing hard decisions
• Working knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile
• Comfortable using AI tools to increase output without adding overhead
• Organized and self-directed, able to work with limited supervision
• Reliable transportation and a Round Rock or N. Austin-area base
• Experience with a franchise brand is a plus
• Ability to commute Round Rock, TX (Required)
