Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to promote home care services within the community, utilizing social media marketing, community events, and public presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, local government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and referral networks.
• Conduct community engagement activities such as workshops, seminars, and public speaking engagements to educate residents about available services.
• Manage media relations by coordinating press releases, interviews, and media appearances to increase visibility of programs.
• Collect data on community needs and outreach effectiveness to inform future strategies and report on program outcomes.
• Oversee volunteer management efforts, including recruitment, training, and coordination of community volunteers supporting outreach initiatives.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth and partnership expansion in the community.
• Strong background in geriatrics, memory care, dementia care, or related fields such as social work or recreational therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging programs that foster resident participation and rapport building.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction with residents, families, staff, and community partners
