Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team in retail environments to represent well-known brands
• Engage customers confidently while contributing to team and individual goals
• Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing

• Generate leads and sales while helping the team hit weekly performance targets

Requirements

• Entry-level position; on-site opportunity with paid training provided
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we train from the ground up
• Background in sports, team activities, or competitive environments
• Enjoy working toward shared goals and supporting teammates
• Are coachable, motivated, and eager to improve
• Communicate clearly and perform well under pressure
