Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Train bartenders and servers on product knowledge of High Noon and Lucky One
  • Teach staff how to recommend High Noon and Lucky One to customers
  • Ensure High Noon and Lucky One are clearly listed on menus
  • Visit assigned accounts regularly to maintain relationships and stock needs
  • Install and maintain branded POS materials in bar accounts
  • Ensure branding materials are visible and fresh in high-traffic areas
  • Execute consumer sampling and hosted tastings to drive trial
  • Tell the brand story to customers and create memorable experiences
  • Recruit new customers who haven’t experienced the brands
  • Conduct promotional giveaways where legal to build long-term fans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year experience in a marketing or sales role relevant to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency
  • Strong understanding of the local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity for arts, building brands, and innovative consumer experiences
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; pass an MVR check; obtain any required state license within 30 days of hire
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required local or state liquor license
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training, meetings, or events; local market travel 100% of the time
  • Access to reliable vehicle; ability to drive to assigned accounts regularly

  • Experience in the spirits/beverage industry
  • Professional presence and persuasive communication
  • Strategic thinking and multi-stakeholder relationship management
  • Knowledge of local market and culture
  • Brand storytelling skills (advantage)
