Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create 4-6 pieces of short-form content per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Hybrid contractor will travel 1x a month to Business Units in LB/OC to film entertaining and engaging content
- Own the full content creation process , from concept and filming through final editing
- Serve as an on-camera personality for Renaissance Recovery content
- Participate in 1–2 virtual content planning meetings per month
- Collaborate remotely with our marketing team on concepts, trends, and messaging
- Cross-promote approved content through your own social media platforms
- Create content that is engaging, relatable, visually strong, and aligned with our brand
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong short-form video creation and editing skills
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of social trends
- Ability to independently film, edit, and deliver polished content
- Passion for mental health, wellness, addiction recovery, or behavioral healthcare
- Existing social media presence preferred
- Lived experience with mental health or recovery is welcomed, but not required.
- Follower count is not everything. We're looking for creators who understand engagement, authenticity, storytelling, and community.
