Job Description

Drive global strategic marketing for life sciences products, shaping the long-term growth plan, portfolio, pricing, and cross-functional execution.

Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead global marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Create short and long term plans, conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, customer VOC, and value modeling.
Innovation Initiatives: Collaborate with R&D and field leads on market-driven innovation and roadmap development.
Value Proposition: Create compelling, differentiated value propositions tailored to target markets and customers.
Pricing Management: Develop pricing strategies informed by competitive analysis and value modeling.
Activation Support: Collaborate with marketing communications and regional teams to execute activation plans and content development.
Business Cases: Support development of business cases for commercialization opportunities and partnerships.
Business Planning: Oversee business planning and execution to guide strategic planning for the business unit.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and Masters’ Degree.
10+ years of proven experience in Strategic Marketing or 5+ years in Management Consulting in life sciences or biotechnology.
5+ years’ leadership experience with global teams.
Strong leadership with track record of building high-impact teams in matrix environments.
Strategic thinker who aligns long-term marketing with business objectives.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer insights for opportunity/threat identification.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning tools to inform decisions.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clear direction in dynamic settings.
Experience leading across a complex, international network of stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Quality, Operations).
Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%).

Preferred

PhD in Scientific, Technology, Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
Experience in commercial area is an added advantage.
