Responsibilities

• Lead a team that brings Apple Services to life across physical and digital retail touch points.
• Set the vision and define short- and long-term goals for Services within Apple Retail.
• Partner with Services LOBs to prioritize and activate high-impact opportunities.
• Build alignment across teams and drive unified strategy and execution.
• Streamline cross-functional processes to boost speed, efficiency, and scale.
• Partner with internal creative teams to develop Service-focused assets.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure impact on Services growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional marketing or retail teams.
• 6 + years of people management experience with a proven track record of managing managers and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of Apple’s Services and Retail business.
• Proven ability to set vision, build alignment & manage marketing programs on a global scale.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, able to influence at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
• Experience influencing senior executive leadership.
• Collaborative leader skilled at building relationships and navigating complexity.
• Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position.
• Travel may be necessary from time to time, both domestic & international.

Preferred

• Experience in subscription or digital services businesses.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s ecosystem marketing.
• Experience integrating marketing across physical and digital retail.
• Strong strategic planning capability connecting long-term vision to execution.
