We're looking for a Head of Production to join Sauce Video, a performance creative agency producing high-volume, scroll-stopping content for brands like SKIMS, American Eagle, Quince, and Turo.

Think Jason Bourne is impressive? Meet Nicky Parsons (Julia Stiles). The one coordinating the assets, managing the chaos, running logistics and making sure the mission actually completes.

That's you.

This isn't a one-off gig. We move fast, we shoot a lot, and we need someone who knows our clients, our standards, and our creators to own the production function without being walked through it every time.

What you bring:

• 3-5+ years of agency or production company experience
• Understanding of the full production scope: creative development, scripting, production, and post
• A reputation for being the person who gets it done, no dropped balls
• You don't miss
• Comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
• Client-facing experience and the confidence to engage directly, you're not just behind the scenes
• A sharp eye for what makes content perform, not just look good
• Low ego, high output
