Job Summary

Own a greenfield marketing platform to launch a hospitality-forward brand by building the identity, member funnel, partnerships, events, CRM, and PR engine that fuels opening growth and ongoing engagement.

Brand & Community Build: establish the identity system, campaigns, content calendar, and a pipeline that turns interest into active members.
Acquisition & Activation: drive waitlists, visits, conversions and referrals, plus partnerships that broaden reach authentically.
Engagement & Growth Analytics: run CRM, email, retention programs, and weekly performance reviews tied to membership growth and revenue.

Job Description

Lead pre- and post-opening marketing: build the brand identity system, launch campaigns, content calendar and community pipeline from scratch
Develop and execute the membership acquisition strategy — drive waitlist signups, curated visits, conversions and referrals
Conceive and manage partnerships with local businesses, creators, athletes and cultural figures that expand IvyCut's reach authentically
Plan and execute launch events and ongoing programming marketing — league nights, seasonal moments, member socials, corporate activations
Build and manage CRM, email marketing and retention campaigns that keep members engaged between visits
Track, report and optimize marketing performance on a weekly basis with clear metrics tied to membership growth, engagement and revenue
Develop PR strategy and manage press relationships to build earned media around IvyCut's opening and ongoing story

3+ years leading marketing and brand strategy — ideally in hospitality, lifestyle and/or wellness
Pre-opening or launch experience or a track record of building a brand or audience from zero
Strong portfolio of social media, content or campaign work that demonstrates original thinking and brand sensibility
Exceptional attention to detail with social content, outreach CRM and analytics including design and editing tools such as Figma and Capcut
An energetic, creative thinker who understands community building as a core mission, not just a buzzword
Thrives in high-energy environments where priorities shift and resourcefulness matters

Passion for social experiences is strongly preferred
