Job Summary
Own the end-to-end marketing engine for Bluejay, with a focus on credible technical positioning, demand creation, and content that speaks to AI engineers and developers.
- Own positioning and category story as the category is defined.
- Build distribution from product wins and technically grounded storytelling.
- Develop an inbound engine with SEO and AI-native channels to feed the pipeline.
Job Description
- Follow the outline in What You\'ll Actually Be Doing section and its subsections.
- You\'ll own marketing end to end and decide what it even looks like. Early on you\'ll do everything; over time you\'ll figure out where the leverage is and build around it.
- Own Bluejay\'s story and positioning in a category that\'s still being defined
- Sharpen how we talk about simulation, evals, and observability for AI agents
- Build a brand technical buyers actually respect — credible, not corporate
- Turn product wins into distribution leverage
- Ship a steady stream of content that AI engineers and founders want to read
- Write (or direct) technical posts, launch announcements, case studies, and teardowns
- Make our customers\' wins legible: what broke, what we caught, what it saved them
- Improve discoverability — SEO, GEO, and AI-native distribution
- Must-Haves you can hold a credible conversation about simulation, evals, observability, and AI drift in production
- Genuinely strong writer for technical buyers; marketing-speak gets ignored
- Generalist instincts from blog post to launch plan to paid experiment to event
- Outcome bias; focus on pipeline and demand, not vanity metrics
- Comfort with ambiguity; you\'re building the function, not running someone else\'s
