Build, run and scale a data-driven membership engine for a multi-channel wellbeing brand, owning monetization, retention, and partnerships with a lifecycle playbook and measurable impact.

Growth & Monetization: Own pricing, packaging, launches, and cross-sell across ecommerce, partners, and community.
Lifecycle & Retention: Lead onboarding, activation, churn reduction, renewal, and win-back with cohort and CLV insights.
Community & Partnerships: Expand the ecosystem with exclusive benefits, moderation standards, and KPI-driven growth.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end membership strategy for a multi-channel wellness community, owning monetization, retention, partnerships, and growth forecasting with a focus on lifecycle engagement and cross-sell opportunities.

Growth & Monetization: Build membership pricing, packaging, launches, and cross-sell opportunities across ecommerce, partners, and community.
Lifecycle & Retention: Own onboarding, activation, churn reduction, renewal, and win-back programs with data-driven optimization.
Community & Partnerships: Expand ecosystem with wellness brands, practitioners, exclusive benefits, moderation standards, and KPI-driven community growth.
