Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Unify Local & National Branding: Create a cohesive “Rise” and "Uptime" experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Direct E-Commerce Marketing: Own the performance marketing strategy and revenue results for Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify, and retail media platforms like Instacart.
  • Drive Vendor & Partner Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned execution.
  • Own the Marketing P&L: Manage the promotional investment strategy and budget, ensuring trade efficiency and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Architect the marketing engine: build the national strategy while managing third-party vendors and retail partnerships daily.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ Years of Marketing Leadership: Proven experience in a Head of Marketing, VP, or Senior Director role.
  • STRICT REQUIREMENT: Beverage/CPG Experience: Deep familiarity with the beverage industry, including retail sell-through and consumer turnover.
  • Expert Vendor Management: A track record of managing third-party agencies to execute complex national projects.
