Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale UGC systems (hundreds to thousands of posts per week)
  • Orchestrate influencer campaigns that drive measurable streaming growth
  • Run and optimize Facebook / Meta ads tied directly to ROI
  • Turn songs into scalable growth machines
  • Own performance: streams, revenue, CAC, LTV — not “engagement”
  • Direct control over: Budget, Creative direction, Scaling decisions, Systems and team structure

Requirements

  • You can show proof of campaigns you’ve scaled (UGC, influencer, paid ads)
  • You understand how attention converts → streams → revenue
  • You think in systems, not one-off tactics
  • You’ve operated at scale (or extremely close to it)
  • You move fast and don’t need hand-holding
