Responsibilities
- Strategic direction: Marketing strategy; define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities aligned with MGT's growth goals.
- Hands-on execution: Roll up your sleeves alongside the team on campaigns, content, and channels. This role blends strategy with real, hands-on execution.
- Team & systems: Advise on and support investment in marketing infrastructure (tools, processes, reporting) for a growing team.
- Measurement: Establish KPIs and reporting cadence so leadership has visibility into what's working.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record as a senior marketing leader (10+ yrs), ideally in a growing organization.
- Background: Insurance or financial services experience preferred but we're open to strong generalist marketing leaders from other industries.
- Style: Comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution level, working hands-on with the team day to day.
