Job Summary

Own the marketing function for luxury wellness brands, shaping strategy and growth, then drive campaigns, content, CRM, and analytics to lift bookings, memberships, and LTV.

Own end-to-end marketing strategy and growth plans across brand activations, campaigns, and channel mix.
Lead funnel development from awareness to booking and retention, with a strong focus on CAC, ROI, and churn reduction.
Protect and advance the luxury positioning while coordinating with venue operations, PR, partnerships, and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the overall marketing strategy for Jayde Spa and Jayde Studio
Build quarterly and annual marketing growth plans
Lead launches, campaigns, promotions and brand activations
Manage and direct the social media/content team
Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns in venue
Take ownership of all marketing analytics and reporting
Track and improve key metrics including: ROI, Customer acquisition cost, Conversion rates, Membership churn / retention, Booking performance, Lead generation, Email campaign performance, Social media conversion performance, Paid ad performance
Produce clear monthly performance reporting with recommendations and action plans
Identify revenue opportunities and areas of underperformance
Improve the full customer journey from awareness to booking, membership conversion and retention
