Responsibilities

  • Support the development of company-wide strategies, annual plans, and organizational priorities.
  • Translate the company’s vision and strategic direction into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that real market needs, customer insights, and competitive signals are clearly reflected in global and regional company initiatives.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights that inform broader business decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments (Business Development/product management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, and Distribution) to ensure full alignment between marketing activities and company goals.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that influence product development, customer experience, and market expansion.
  • Define and evolve the company’s brand strategy and market positioning.
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that drive growth and support market differentiation.
  • Lead the creation and execution of demand generation, digital marketing, events, PR, and content strategies.
  • Support channel partners running joint campaigns, co-branding, etc.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking for all marketing activities.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • Champion customer insights across the company to influence strategy, product development, and communications.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and refine marketing programs.
  • Work closely with Sales to align lead generation, content strategies, and pipeline goals.
  • Partner with Product teams to support launches, positioning, and lifecycle communications.
  • Support HR with employer branding and internal communication initiatives when relevant.
