Job Summary
Own the early enterprise GTM for a hardware and robotics product, turning market feedback into messaging and scalable processes.
- GTM Strategy & Narrative: Define and refine strategy, messaging, and sales motion for enterprise buyers.
- Product-to-Customer Narrative: Shape demos and positioning that translate product details into customer value.
- Cross-functional Execution: Align with product, engineering, and sales; optimize demos, early conversations, and playbooks based on feedback.

Responsibilities
- Help define and refine Droyd's go-to-market strategy
- Shape demo flows, commercial narratives, and customer-facing positioning
- Work closely with leadership on how to present the product to enterprise buyers
- Support early customer conversations and help identify what resonates
- Turn early market feedback into clearer messaging and sales motion
- Help build repeatable go-to-market processes as the company scales
- Connect product details to customer value across materials and conversations
Requirements
- Have strong go-to-market experience for technical or enterprise products
- Can connect product details to customer value clearly
- Have good judgment around positioning, messaging, and commercial strategy
- Work well across product, engineering, and sales
- Thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
Preferred
- Experience in data center, infrastructure, compute, or adjacent markets
- Experience at companies like RunPod or SF Compute
- Experience shaping early-stage enterprise GTM strategy
