Own and scale the Growth function and Career Creator Network by leading the Creator Community, driving brand storytelling, and delivering end-to-end client delivery with scalable systems and data-driven processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage the Creator Community & Growth Manager, social media, content functions aligned towards the same: weekly priorities, clear goals, accountability, coaching, and development
  • Lead as a player-coach: build the systems and run the work alongside your team, then delegate what is documented and repeatable
  • Build the operating rhythm for the growth team: briefs, reviews, reporting, and a documented playbook that scales as the team grows
  • Hire and onboard future team members or vendors across creator acquisition and campaign delivery as the function expands
  • Grow into full ownership of the growth function: as the systems you build prove out, your scope, decision rights, and team expand with them
  • Brand Profile & Visibility: Grow the public profile of Jobstream™ and the Career Creator Network™ across every channel and every brand moment
  • Lead brand storytelling built for the visual world: social first, video first, show over tell, designed to attract an elite group of career creators
  • Own brand standards across all touchpoints, holding every asset, campaign, and activation to the highest bar
  • Drive IRL brand activations end to end, and convert every moment into pipeline and community growth
  • Client Delivery Accountability (The Flywheel): You will partner with client delivery team, hold the team accountable to client campaign delivery: clear owners, timelines, standards, and visibility into every campaign in flight

Requirements

  • A growth leader who has built and scaled ecommerce and digital businesses, and now brings those playbooks to the creator economy
  • B2B experience with enterprise clients: you are comfortable and understand present, pitch, and build trust with senior stakeholders, and you know how to grow an account after the first win
  • A doer above all: you build the system, ship the work yourself, and hire only for what you genuinely can't do
  • A people leader who develops talent: you set direction, coach, and hold a high standard while giving your team room to own their craft
  • Familiarity and thoughtful about creating brand persona, and exceptional taste and a high standard for brand perception and visual identity. You know what good delivery looks like and how to hold a team accountable to it
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing mechanics: conversion funnels, performance data, social algorithms, and how audiences turn into revenue
  • A visual-world native who leads with social and video and builds content people actually want to watch
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with strong writing skills and channel-specific voice adaptation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation, and social listening tools
  • A data-aware storyteller with strong instincts, and a self-starter who builds the playbook while playing the game
