Own growth plan, budget, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Build a data-driven experimentation roadmap: tests, landing pages, creatives, and audience tests.

Own Otter’s global performance marketing strategy, spanning paid social, paid search, display, retargeting, and emerging channels.
Manage and optimize $XM+ annual performance marketing budget with clear ROI and CAC efficiency targets.
Build, scale, and continuously iterate on acquisition funnels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional paid platforms.
Develop a quantitative experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, landing page optimization, ad creative, audience segmentation).
Partner with Product, Growth, Brand, and Sales to ensure full-funnel alignment and cross-functional acceleration.

Be a strategic thought partner to Otter’s leadership on overall growth strategy, channel mix, and long-term customer acquisition models.
