  • Own US enrolment growth end-to-end with a business-owner mindset
  • Lead US marketing strategy, demand generation and cross-functional alignment with Admissions and Academics
  • Manage budget, vendors, and technology to maximize ROI and efficiency

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Business Leadership: Own U.S. enrolment growth end-to-end, with business-owner mentality, pace and accountability.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn approach, comfortable with ambiguity, limited infrastructure and rapid decision-making.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to the CEO/CMO, influencing commercial, operational and business decisions beyond marketing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, challenge the status quo and drive material growth rather than incremental optimisation.
  • Strategic & Team Leadership: Define and execute the U.S. marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement and enrolments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, accountable marketing team with a strong focus on pace and execution.
  • Translate strategy into clear plans, KPIs and measurable ROI, aligned to global priorities and U.S. market needs.
  • Brand & Growth Marketing: Own USPA brand positioning, messaging and creative direction, ensuring clear differentiation in the K–12 market.
  • Drive demand generation across paid, social, content, partnerships and events.
  • Own the marketing funnel and analytics, using data and rapid testing to continuously improve conversion and enrolment performance.

Requirements

  • A track record of owning and materially growing a demand, revenue, or enrolment number — ideally in a fast-growth, competitive, or resource-constrained environment.
  • Experience building or significantly scaling a marketing function, not only optimizing an established one.
  • Strong command of performance marketing, brand, and analytics, with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating within a global parent company while retaining full ownership of a regional growth outcome.

Preferred

  • Entrepreneurial — treats the business like their own, is energized by building rather than maintaining, and finds a way around constraints instead of citing them.
  • High ownership and accountability — doesn't wait to be told what to do; proactively closes gaps and owns outcomes, good and bad.
  • Operates with pace and urgency — moves quickly, decides with imperfect information, and iterates rather than over-planning.
  • Executive presence — credible with the CEO, CMO, and board-level stakeholders; able to influence and challenge, not just execute.
  • A growth leader, not just a marketing specialist — as comfortable discussing unit economics, sales alignment, and commercial trade-offs as brand and campaigns.
