Responsibilities

• Accountable for profitable customer acquisition across a multi-brand portfolio, pulling every lever: paid media, creative, offers, and the funnel itself
• Set the growth roadmap for the next four quarters
• Open the ad account, read the data, and fix what is broken this afternoon
• Build and lead the team behind the work: hire media buyers, strategists, and creative talent, set standards, and develop them to own their piece without you in the room
• Be measured not only on personal output but on the performance you pull out of the team you build
• Own the growth P&L across all channels and brands
• Leverage AI and automation to stay ahead of platforms and implement faster creative iteration, smarter optimization, and better forecasting
• Maintain cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and brand to pull the full funnel in one direction behind the growth strategy
• Develop a prioritized growth roadmap across the four levers that does not require your constant presence to function

Requirements

• Five or more years building and developing high-performance growth or media teams from early stage through scale
• P&L fluency; you track contribution margin and make decisions based on it
• Strategic and hands-on; you can build the plan and you can execute it yourself
• Experience owning acquisition across more than one lever (paid media plus creative, offers, or CRO) rather than a single-channel specialist
• Direct and rigorous; analytically sharp, candid in communication
• Team leadership: five or more years building and developing high-performance growth or media teams
• AI advantage; you have implemented AI-driven improvements to performance or workflow
