Own the growth engine for Lattica's early GTM, partnering with traders, market makers, funds, and ecosystem players while running rapid experiments and defining growth metrics.

Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute Lattica’s initial go-to-market strategy
- Build relationships with prediction-market traders, market makers, funds, creators, and ecosystem partners
- Identify and recruit our highest-value early users
- Design and run rapid growth experiments
- Define the metrics and systems we use to understand growth
Requirements
- You live on X, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
- Talking to users and potential users fills you with joy.
- You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
- You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.
Preferred
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a meaningful plus.
- Major plus if you live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).
