Job Summary

Own OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first outreach to contracts, and drive discovery, ICP refinement, and cross-functional translation of OEM needs into the product and go-to-market roadmap.

  • Own OEM accounts end-to-end from initial contact to signed contracts.
  • Lead discovery to map workflows and define the ideal customer profile to inform the roadmap.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams at medical device companies.
  • Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify where the platform creates the most value.
  • Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and build a repeatable sales playbook for OEM partnerships.
  • Own OEM accounts end-to-end — from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship management.
  • Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to extend reach within target specialties.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercialization teams to translate OEM needs into roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience working in medical device companies, with direct exposure to go-to-market and reimbursement-related initiatives.
  • Direct experience in reimbursement or market access within the medical device industry — this is a dealbreaker requirement.
  • Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem: how decisions are made, who controls budget, and how reimbursement risk translates to commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to source OEM leads and manage accounts from first conversation to signed contract.
  • Comfortable operating in a zero-to-one environment with limited infrastructure — you build the playbook, not follow one.
  • Based in New York City and able to work hybrid (in-person as needed) with willingness to travel for conferences.

Preferred

  • Experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties.
  • Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day workflow — a strong positive signal for this role.
